Customer service is horrible and all there representatives don’t know what they are talking about… to my fellow Vets stay away !

Update on Carrington Mortgage, Dallas TX not correcting my mortgage payments to current status. They reversed my March's mortgage payment on March 11; but cashed my payment. I paid April mortgage payment and now they are saying it is late and that I am two months behind. WHO IS THIS COMPANY? They brought my mortgage at the beginning of this year, and they have been grieving me since. I called them at least 3xs to current this error. They have not to date. I do not feel safe with this Mortgage company processing my May's mortgage payment they will apply it to April. HELP!!! I am praying that another Mortgage company will buy my mortgage from them, I think I will have a since of security.
