      They don't communicate with each or the customer. They make their own rules and everything is more complicated than it should be.

      Made us wait in the lobby for an hour because they had no idea what was going on. The individuals in charge of setting up our appointment were not there and could not be reached. It took 2 hours to finally be seen. Later that night, I got a notification that they forgot 5 different documents. I had to scramble to get the forms together. Their incompetence became my emergency. Unprofessional, disorganized, amateurs.
