  Carsmart is the best, they helped me get a vehicle when nobody else would. Vaurice was excellent with assistance, nice attitude. Everybody should come to Carsmart especially for low credit options.

  The manager opened the dealership late, and the atmosphere was not very welcoming (felt cold). We had to go to another dealership just to print. Before I even saw the car one of the managers was already getting my information down and asked for my income and then asked for my social security. I stopped him right there and asked to see the car first. He said he was getting my information down so it can make the process easier and faster just in case I wanted the car. It was very unprofessional and I actually ended up buying a car at another dealership even though the car I wanted at carsmart was cheaper but carsmart customer service at the barnabas location was very poor. Plus the other dealership at Passport Nissan 5 mins away worked diligently to find me a good interest rate and answered all my concerns with smiles. I was able to test drive the car before they even started taking down my information. Tell your employees to work on their customer service. I already knew by the atmosphere that I would not be getting help with any follow up related questions so I went with a place that had better customer service.
