      The people here are crooks! I'm appalled to say the least. My dad a senior and unfortunate Stroke Survivor went to dream as he looked on at the new cars on the lot. Not being able to drive let alone negotiate a business transaction a salesperson engaged him saying he could make his dream a reality. My dad not even having any documents was submitted as a stated application and the salesperson proceeded to take money from 6 to 7 cards to ge the money for down payment to close the deal. I'M SO FRUSTRATED! This should be illegal. Please hear me these people are CROOKS!!

      This review is for the financing department person's name (Osvaldo) (Osvi) I declined the toyota/safe-guard towing package since i have AAA i trusted him so i did not put so much attention at the end of signing the contract when i got home i checked and he charged $1295.00 for his beautiful package that he decided to add. Stay away from this guy, he is very unprofessional he does what he wants.
