I moved here from a metropolitan area and thought “wow, an old fashioned bank”. Recently I experienced a mixup and an employee called me right away and we got the issue sorted out while I was on the phone. I like the personal service I received and the employee was so polite. I also like being greeted when I enter the bank. I’ve been a customer of my MD credit union for 50 years and nobody there knows me! I’m so glad to do business with Carter Bank. They have some of the personal touches that have been lost as technology has taken over.

At least the employees will you when the phone's ringing off the hook and they don't have time to wait on their customers. Which is why I'm no longer a customer. I call that EXTREMELY poor customer service!!! Post Script: It took 6 days to get a reply from my review.
