  I've banked with Carter since I was a teenager. It has came a long way in the past year or so. You can do almost any and all of your banking tasks online now. I also love the staff. Professional and very friendly!

  Work it out with me, I got sent to Pulaski to talk with some arrogant manager, just to say were sorry we cant give you your money, i advice anyone on social security to stay away from this bank my mom would roll in her grave the way ive been treated by this bank...

  Do not bank with these people this is Chad McGuyer the son of Darlene McGuyer, my mother passed away on October 30, she was my payee over my social security check, the bank has been strongholding my check since then it's December 30th now, I had to go the whole month of November almost starving to death cause they will not give me my social security money, I've since then have became my own payee I've called 4 or 5 times to explain to them it's my money, to be laughed at an mocked, social security it's self has called an explained the situation to know luck, now my attorney is making a complaint to the ogi fraud people an the treasurer of Virginia, this bank has know heart or compassion to anyone just greed...
