  Even though they are supposed to be open til 5pm, I shoe up at the drive thru at 4:49 and get shrugged off by the teller. They used to be a good bank, not anymore

  If I could I would give zero starts. Do not go here their staff are super unprofessional they let their clients tell you what THEY think of you. My husband went in today to change his check and as he was coming out I went in the bank to use the restroom really quick and as I was walking in I seen this young man finishing up with this older lady in her 40's . As I was walking to the restroom I seen them talking together and looking at me as they were judging me from the start because I was in my work clothes. As I walked out of the restroom the client yells at me that if I was coming into use the bathroom I needed to make a transaction as well and I proceeded to tell her that my husband was just in there making a transaction and that she didn't need to be disrespectful. All this was going on as the workers there just smiled seemed very disrespectful to me coming from both the staff and client. Never going back!!!! Talked to my friends and they will be removing Themselves from this bank as well!!!

  Peaceful protest at the Spotsylvania courthouse of less than 20 people (mostly children) and this bank closes up shop! My 80 year old aunt couldn’t even cash her check. What kind of back woods bank is this? Only place in spotslyvania county to close down. Guess they scared of us.

  Jamal, thank you for taking the time to send us this review. Our Spotsylvania branch was open normal business hours during this past week and weekend. During COVID, the lobby is open by appointment only Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM, and on Saturday from 9AM-12PM. Our drive through is open Monday through Thursday 8:30AM – 5PM, Frida 8:30Am – 6PM and Saturday 8:30AM-12PM. We are sorry if this caused your aunt any inconvenience.
