      Fairly new bank, so the building is very good condition. Convenient location just off the strip and beside Food City. It would be nearly impossible to cross all lanes of traffic during most of the day. Very busy road that comes to major intersection just after the bank going east.

      Very,very bad experience there,women are very rude there,went there to cash a bond where my uncle had did,had to go back to the house and get a death certificate,guess they were too lazy to look it up on the computer,women was very rood,glad i don't have anything there

      I can not say enough about the service that I have received with Carter County Bank. They went above and beyond to ensure that opening a business account with them was as painless as possible. They stayed in contact with me after opening the account to make sure that all of our needs were met, and have addressed all questions or concerns very timely. During the pandemic they worked evenings and weekend nights to make sure that the PPP Loan was available to us. That is HUGE for a small business like ours. I have many friends that did not receive that kind of support from their banks, and they did not receive the funds. We are more than satisfied with our new bank and highly recommend them to anyone with a small business.
