  Carter and his team are phenomenal! Always one of the most pleasurable and easy experiences, which is hard to find with lenders. This is now my 10th loan with Carter and APM in last 7 years. If you want a team that returns your emails, texts and phone calls almost immediately then this is your team. There are not many times in business where someone becomes your friend.   Working with Carter on financing my home buying experience was fantastic. Carter was always good about replying to any questions or concerns in a very rapid manner. Was always available day or night to make our transaction go smoothly. Some of the things I liked about his service was he provided me with all of my options for different types of loans, rates, paying points, down payment etc. He showed me what options I could take that would work best for me and my budget. He also did everything in his power to decrease the amount of paperwork and leg work I had to do to be approved for a loan. He did as much of the heavy lifting on his end as possible to make my side of the transaction effortless. I ended up getting into a deal that was financed in a way that worked for me and that was all thanks to Carter and his team at American Pacific Mortgage. I would highly recommend Carter Short to anyone looking to buy some real estate and will come back to him in the future when I make another purchase. -Blake
