The people are the reason for why I would return to Caruso Ford! I was greeted with a kind spirit and spoken to more like a friend than a client. My purchase of my 2022 Mustang Mach E was made simple by Christine! She was amazing to work with and very professional. She was always available for questions and had answers for all my inquiries. When I picked up the car, Thomas and Christine spent precious time with me setting up all my electronic needs for the car (that was some work as I am not the most tech savvy person). As for the car, I've had it a week and I LOVE IT!!! I'm awaiting my experience with charging it, as I have not had to charge my car yet. Wish me luck, EV is all new to me!!! Thanks again Caruso Ford for an awesome experience!

I service my car 6-8 times a year due to mileage. Service department is not good. Seems like no one cares. That you're bothering them to pick up your car. I use another dealer for service after this. Would have put 0 stars but it's not an option
