      At this moment the Roseburg Oregon office on Harvard is under construction but even that being said I got excellent service I needed quarters to do laundry so I went through the drive-thru and requested them went and parked and they brought them out to my car meeting disabled this was very convenient I have never had a negative experience with this Bank ever since I moved to Oregon 8 years ago.

      I give 5 stars for customer service ..The app sure is challenging at times ..I install Uninstaller..installed again..the only thing I got was a charge of 5 dollars for some incorrect address over something..I logged in probably 30 times in 24 hours and get a session ended while typing..get logged out trying to.change pages ...if i.ever get the app ..functioning 70 percent as good as my.other banking apps they would get5 stars ...I have a new phone all my.other apps work.fantastic.. I.am.afraid touse the cascade one much until Monday as I do.not want to.be charged 5dollars and not know what it isfor
