  Cascade Federal Credit Union in Kent is a great place to do your banking. The have excellent service and friendly staff and will help you with your banking needs. The Kent location is easy access from hwy 167 they have huge parking lot and drive thru for your convenience. Cascade has many great benefits as a Credit Union allowing banking to be easier and more options.

  My mom & me have had this bank for 5+ years and there is usually the same nice lady that usually withdraws our/my money. Today, a different lady helped me. I wasn’t aware there was a policy where you have to call in advance a week before if you’d like to withdraw more than $5,000, I had told the clerk I wanted to withdraw $8,000 (thinking I could get it cash). She had asked if wanted my moms name on my check which I replied “No.” I was confused, didn’t think nothing of it. Then, I noticed she had wrote me a check. I had then clarified I wanted it cash, she said, “I asked you if you wanted a check?” (With an attitude) But she had never asked me directly, “ would you like a check?”. I apologized for the miscommunication, but still felt like she could have had better customer service. Maybe next time she should inform the customer of the policy in place if they want to withdraw more than $5,000, and let them know it’s a check. Whole experience was meh look forward to switching banks though.

  Been banking with them for several years. One issue after another from sending new cards to old addresses, to horrible repetitive issues with their mobile app. Customer service is slow and have never been able to get issues resolved in timely manner. Will be switching credit unions.
