  I purchased a home because a great deal fell in my lap and my apt. lease was ending. Timing was tight. Usually there's always some hang up in the process- but Austin and Kody made sure it was a seamless transition. It closed on time and the loan product was perfect for my needs!   Have had our mortgage for about 1 1/2 years Every month we give them money for "escrow" but yet the neglected to reimburse me nor would they let me remove tax escrow from the monthly note. I have filed a conplai t with the consumer affairs agency as I believe this to be borderline illegal. They should refund you money plus any accrued intrest. Be careful People. Watch your taxes because apparently they just want the money

  If you can find any other lender possible save yourself the years of non responsiveness and irresponsibility with loan management from this company. Not only is there no one to speak to about your loan but the customer service staff has no clue about anything or access to tell you anything about your loan...... I'm waiting for a class action lawsuit to pop up for deceptive practices and fraud.
