      The ATM IS ALWAYS DOWN! The woman in the drive through is extremely rude, She states sly remakes and smiles in your face when there is error. I have had so many issues with this bank and this employee that I am going to be closing my account and going to MSUFCU. Extremely rude, Always a line out the door and understaffed and never able to have a smooth transaction without sitting down with a manager. I have driven to five different locations in a 30 mile radius and spent an entire gas tank of gas just to find every single location has their ATM out of service so I have absolutely no means of pulling any of my money from the bank
