      I come here to get money orders to pay my rent. Every time I come here doesn't matter the time I wait at least 15 min before I get to a window. You can clearly see that there are multiple employees (all female) and only one employee working a window. And if you get lucky you get to a window but then they tell you hold on so they can answer the phone to help that customer. So again your waiting. I write this review as im currently waiting in line. When I first came in there were three people waiting, two employees working the windows with current customers. One employee left the window after she was done with that customer and went to the back. It's 11 o'clock in the morning and I highly doubt that she needs a lunch break. And if a break was needed I believe that customer should always come first. That's if you want good customer service. In my opinion. People have schedules, time frames and to make your customers stand here and wait until the employee is ready to assist you is poor business.

      If I could give no stars I would. I would go to any other check cash before you go here. Horrible customer service not professional, no respect or courtesy for people who have disabilities.
