      The agent was unprofessional and rude and completely not in the mood to help ANYONE . Thinking maybe she had a off day I recommended the business to a friend who was in a emergency situation needing a payday loan ... I drove her down here and have been waiting 2hrs and 10 min as of now AND SHE IS ONLY CUSTOMER IN ESTABLISHMENT. Update: the agent was on phone telling friend she is gonna need to wait and was unnecessarily rude... IF CUSTOMER SERVICE AIN'T YOUR THING DON'T WORK IN IT PPL

      Good place to get a check cashed. Yea the profile building is a pain but they are professional and patient people. Cristina was diligent and patient helping me out. She answered all my questions and made sure to go above and beyond the customer service experience.
