      The guy who works the after noon shift here is very rude and has no customer service what so ever . Every time I call when he is working my phone call is always put on hold and never answered , when I call a different location or different time they never have a problem answering my phone call. It’s just coincidentally that every time he’s working my phone call is never picked up and I can be on hold for a long time as if he wants me to hang up . I understand being busy or short staff but why is it every time he’s working my phone call is never answered .I’ve had loan after loan and payed back so many times I’m a very good customer I’m just not sure why I am treated as I am a bad customer. I sure wish I remembered his name so I can report him to some one higher up .
