      My friend had a very bad experience here. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude! She didn't have a name tag and claims her name is Melissa. Melisa definitely needs to some customer training classes ASAP!

      Very bad experience because I sent a payment to the gas company and almost 20 days and the gas company has not received it and they just sent me a receipt with extra surcharges. I call the exchange house and they give me a costumer service number where they don't answer me and just leave a message. I don't know how to get my money back
