      Beware of buying jewelry from cash express pawn. I bought a $3,710 men’s diamond ring. Took it to bowling green and had it tested. Come to find out the ring is moissanite. Went back less then 2 hours after I bought the ring. They would not give me a refund. They keep saying corporate would give me a call. Corporate never did. I had to keep calling and calling before corporate would call me. They would not fix this problem. They said they can not give me a refund. If this post is still up they have not made this right.

      Worst place I have ever done business, the lady that spoke with me on the phone was so rude and very unprofessional. The day that I was supposed to come in and pay for my advance I had to take a family member to Nashville TN to an emergency appointment and I wasn’t gonna be able to get back in time to come in and pay it off. After everything being so crazy I never got the chance to call them to let them know what was going on. First thing that Monday morning I called to let them know that I would be in first thing Tuesday morning when I got back in the area, when telling this very rude lady what had happened she said that I was lying because they had spoke with me Friday when they didn’t and every time I tried to let her know that we had not spoke she just kept being so rude by talking over me and telling me very hateful that if I didn’t bring the payment in she was gonna send it to the bank. After she said that I just told her fine just send the payment through the bank because I’m I wasn’t gonna be talked to like that. She was still being a complete ***** and told me to have a blessed day in a very hateful Way. Now the girl that set this up for me when I came in to get the advance she was awesome and very nice and honestly she should be the one that deals with the customers because the older women I’m speaking about is just a completely ignorant a**.
