I want to first apologize to the ladies there, because I may have came across rude to them over the phone. I didn't mean to, they did a wonderful job. And they explained everything to me on a situation and issue I had. I was actually upset with the other people I had the issue with not the ladies at Cash Express. So good job Theresa and company. You have earned a new customer.

Paid $42 down on a layaway...they didn't call me about it until the day it forfeited and was too late to come pay on it...so they could keep my money....when I have had things in pawn they were always good about calling and reminding me. Won't do business there again. Apparently the new workers aren't as nice, or courteous as the ladies that used to work there

Would not recommend, they have my name wrong and I don’t mean spelling I mean wrong first name and middle. They don’t know how to change it, they don’t work with your schedule I’ve been going their for over a year and not only legally do they have my information wrong I’ve cashed loans and they couldn’t count money had to come back TWICE to fix their mistakes. They don’t work with you on holidays and don’t tell you their hours or loan payment dates. They don’t call when loans are due or coming up like a reminder. Some of the ladies they’re are liars. Corporate doesn’t look into fixing any of these mistakes. They WILL mess your money up and cost you a head ache. Do not go here, I recommend eagle finance for loans and dans discount for pawns.
