  I must say that when I needed help with my finances with some quick cash I went to them when they were on main Street in 2019 they helped me in every way possible and I left being able to take care of what I needed to take care of, although I've read the reviews I must disagree with the one star reviews one gentleman said that Kim the manager was very rude and pushy to him and the new girls that were learning the business not true. I've seen her run the store by herself while Ashley was training other girls at new different locations. There's no secrets no changing things behind people's backs they discuss things with you and give you alternatives and suggestions very helpful and very kind but very very busy at which case speaks volume in itself. I love these guys they actually are extended family and they help anybody and everybody at all times they have even came in early for me before I had to go to work so I could take care of my business! They go way beyond their job description there is no way they will let you leave without a smile on your face and always make you feel good about yourself! They give you a hand up not a handout Cash Express you rock thank you for helping me get through some really rough times all these years love you girls 🤑💰

  I have been doing business with this company for over 10 years . I love that when I go in there it’s always the same girls . The manager has been there since before me so that’s saying a lot . Both of the other girls have been there along time too . All the girls always go above and beyond to help me every single time I’ve asked for it . I love that these girls train for their company also , it says a lot about them . They are always so sweet and kind ! I don’t like their new location at all though . It’s too far away from the main things . Wish they would move back over to S. Cumberland side of town . Great girls go see them tell them I told you too ! You won’t regret it

  The regular employees at this location are great especially Ashley. But unfortunately the manager is just not. First time in there she was aggressively pushy to new employees that were in the middle of helping me making it uncomfortable. She also changed my credit limit without making me aware and was very rude to me when I tried to inquire about why. In my very few interactions with her she seems bossy, unattentive, and overall a bad personality in the business. You can feel that she doesn't really care about helping people in any way and will get very short with you quick, even if they are in the wrong or messed up. I feel a manager should take responsibility for everything in their store, even their employees, not throw them under the bus when they are the reason you have any level of good customer service. There's a ton of these around my advice is go to another store or company I'm not looking forward to going in there everytime to make payments on a credit balance that wasn't even agreed upon originally.
