      I guess I have to give this place 1 star in order for me to tell my experience. My father has been a good customer with this place for over a year he paid his payments on time every month but recently he had a stroke which caused him to go into rehabilitation for a few weeks so when the payment came due he wasn’t able to be there to pay it at that time. I called several times trying to get a solution to this problem without them cashing in his check and I offered to pay the fee for him if they could at least hold the check until he gets out. Not only are they insensitive and un compassionate about one’s situation especially medical which can happen to anyone at anytime but they are also very rude and unprofessional! He had bills to pay this month so when they cashed his check to make him pay this loan back all at once it caused him to be negative into his bank account so now They say since he has a negative balance he’s not eligible to reborrow to help make his account positive again. Makes no sense to me especially since his bank paid and cleared the check so they are paid off! But needless to say he can take his business elsewhere and I would advise anyone that needed a pay day loan to go to advance America where the girls there are more caring and professional even if you are a few days late they will hold your check as long as you call and let them know your situation.

      I read a couple reviews. I would not expect to see anything different. These other reviews are true! I went there for a small loan, they made me pay double of what I owed them. I'd steer clear of this place!

      This place should be investigated by the FEDS and local government. Predetor lender, very unethical business practices repeated in front of me, absolutely astonishing. All folks whom have had unscrupulous business transactions or predetory lending tactics used against should start their complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General. Stay clear of this place.
