Ridiculous, rude and tried to intimidate me by saying that they were the only check cashing place around!! Take your business elsewhere if for nothing but to get treated warmly and with respect.

We had an arrangement worked out due to quarantine. I couldn’t go pay it and reborrow because of that. They still processed the checks even after saying they wouldn’t until after we were out. And because they put my account in the negative I can not reborrow for 14 days which put my family in distress. I’m a single parent of two kids with no help. I’m highly disappointed, especially since I’ve been a customer for a long time and always been loyal and faithful. But you lost me as a customer after this. I was told I never talked to anyone but I did in fact talk to several people at cash express before and after my due date. Highly disappointed in the Richmond store and the Lexington store.
