  They lost my title and my keys, told me two different days they mailed from two different employees. I live in a rural area and never had a problem with my mail. After 4-5 phone calls and two different stories, the manager said she personally mailed the title and $60 spare key after her employee told that she mailed it. So I paid my loan within 2 months and I even wanted the recorded phone calls to be reviewed which they had not been. After complaining numerous times they basically blamed me😂. After they mail the title their no longer responsible, they dropped the ball and either lost my title and keys or they sent to wrong address. When I paid my loan I even asked the Crossville office if I should drive to Oneida to get my title and spare key back but thet said they would contact Oneida office and that they would mail it asap. After several phone calls they gave me 3 different dates they mailed it and just told me to wait a week or two and that it should be in the mail. They don't even put insurance when sending someones title and $60 spare key. I want my rebursement for having to get a new title and for the extra $60 key I had made at the Ace Hardware down the road from the Cash Express in Oneida.

  They apparently think a great way of advertising is to throw a bunch of garbage out in front of your house and/or in your driveway -- plastic baggies containing useless promotional items with CASH EXPRESS written all over them. Several of the Cash Express offices in my area do this. It's literally littering. Gross.
