      If I could give this "pawn shop" ZERO stars, I would. Shows how much the plump Hispanic woman knows re: electronics. She probably buys laptops from any pimple faced kid at Best Buy with her boyfriend's credit card. I brought a never used literally brand new Google Chromecast there and because it was not WHITE she wouldn't accept it. I literally opened the box that morning. It was BRAND new. It came from Google in an off white color. Sort of eggshell. Really? That's why you wouldn't buy it? Laughable. At least TRY to come up with a less lame excuse. Shows how much she DOESN'T know. She tried to argue with me whether or not it was in used condition. I literally had taken off the plastic to open the box to test it not even 12 hours prior. A majority of the merch in their cases looked beat up as it was!

      Contrary to popular belief, pawnshops aren't obligated to buy whatever walks in through the door especially clearly used and opened electronics. The fact that it was opened, out of the plastic and you were asking for an obscene price for it, is in itself, laughable. And didn't you say you were missing a charger for the Chromcast?? Also, look up the definition of "brand-new" because I don't think you know what that word actually means.
