  Helped when I really needed it. Had my car breakdown and had to get it fixed right away. Be careful of the fees. They can get you if you let them.

  I’ve done a couple of loans here and they ask for a bank check every time which is no problem for me . My payback days were Friday’s since I got paid Friday’s but I had started working fridays from 9-8pm so I could no longer come into the store and pay cash out of pocket . So in my head I’m thinking there going to cash the check since they always ask for one before doing a loan . So long story short I didn’t come in that Friday so eventually they cash my chase bank check which was the money I had owed them so i perfectly understood that. once I try to come back to do another loan I can no longer do a loan because they had to use the check instead of cash and he said They closed my loan and I said who is they confusingly then he answers and say us like WOWWWW I can’t get a loan because you had to use a check ? But you still getting the money I owe you soo I’ll never go back to them or any other cash giant . You guys really make it hard for people that really is trying to do right

  Hi Britanny, this is Jamie I helped with your payday advance. You never explained that you would not be able to make it on your due date. I called you and didn't get a answer or a call back. I extended your loan for one day to give you more time to come it or at least have some type of communication so we are on the same page. We never heard back from you so we deposited your check. The reason your account was closed is because you didn't come in on the day you were due or call and let us know you couldn't make it. I gave you one extra day to communicate with us but again no answer or respond.

  Would not cash my check. Hope I can find another place that will before I run out of gas again

  Brent I'm sorry that we were unable to cash your check. We use a check guarantee system that has to approve the check before we can cash the check.
