  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!Staff was very polite. We had a EMERGENCY & it took over 72hours to get money & 3 of the same sets of paperwork being filled out. Due to the agent sending this to the wrong Lawyer & then not sending all documents at 1 time to fill out. I guess just because it’s my emergency doesn’t mean it’s their emergency. I think companies should really think about WHAT IF THIS WAS ME & MY FAMILY!!! Just 😢 SAD

  Per your contract, our same day wire transfer cut off is 3pm. Your fully executed contract did not arrive to us until almost 5pm on Friday. In addition, you did not notify us regarding your previous funding with another lender, which affects our ability to properly underwrite. We understand that you have personal financial needs, and certainly sympathize with your personal financial situation, however we are a business and lending decisions are made solely upon facts of cases, not personal need. We did not breach our contract in any way and by signing the contract you acknowledged our hours of operation (which were missed for a same day funding as again, the fully executed contract was not completed until almost 5pm on Friday). Although you withheld information which prevented us from properly underwriting your case, we were still willing to move forward with funding your case but due to your refusal to remove this review containing false information (and your threat to write additional reviews as well), we have voided your contract. While Cash Now Funding Group is always willing to go above and beyond for both our clients and the law firms who represent them, we simply cannot turn a blind eye when false information is being publicly spread about our services. Thank you for your understanding at this time and we truly wish you nothing but the very best.

  I have never reached out to this company or went through any processes with this company. however one of their employees seems to think it'd okay to tell me that he can help with funding, when i told him he was a scam don't waste my time he told me my business didn't qaulify for a loan program. Once again I haven't went through any process of paperwork so who's really legit not them. I would not deal with them

  I’m sorry for your experience, however, as a legal funding company we are limited to what we can approve and cannot approve. Our company does not reach out directly unless your attorney requests us to do so and we disclose that in the phone call, so perhaps you are confusing us with another company.
