I have never had a problem with Alan. In fact he has always been friendly and courteous with me. Often going above and beyond. Does he have his own opinions about things? Yes but that's part of the refreshing experience of talking to somebody that does not just view you as a number.

Very rude, I called to asked what time they closed so I can pay my rent since my apartment building told me I could go there. A guy answered and said " IM HERE UNTIL 5 BUT I DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE SO YOU BETTER NOT COME HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!" and proceeded to hang up.

The caller was informed that unfortunately we do not offer bill pay services at this time. I don’t believe we were rude - we just couldn’t help. I am disappointed that the caller felt she was mistreated in any way - it certainly was not the intent in this case.

Of course if I can give no stars I would. This man is a complete racist. I had all of my required documentation and he refused to lend to me. I am looking into reporting him and this business. He even tried to keep my personal documents after he refused to lend. His files aren't properly stored. I hope he can see this too. He doesnt need to be in operation.
