The Dekalb location has great customer service and it’s a great experience I only wish they offered more privacy for customers. The office is small and everyone is sitting in the same room and can hear each other’s information.

I've only been twice but I was pleased with both times. I also like that loans can be paid in installments if needed. I've gone through other cash advance places in the past and they didn't have the same policy regarding paying back loans. Those places demanded repayment in full by the next paycheck. Also, the staff at the DeKalb location are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.
