I was very happy with the waye of getting the loan and knowing the exact payments and pay off date. There is a problem I'm having with the place though. There was supposed to be a refund for making my first payment on time, which I did. I was supposed to receive it within 30 days. I waited the 30 days and nothing. I called the store and was told that it would be checked on and I would receive a call .Nothing. Never received a call back .I referred someone to them by the time my next payment was due and went into the store to ask about my refund.... They said that they would check into it and get back to me. 30 days after the refund was supposed to be received, I still haven't gotten it. I was supposed to get $100 referral fee back from them within 2 weeks of the referral.... Guess what.... Still haven't received that. All my payments have been on time. My plan was to pay the $170 that I'm owed TO THEM. I'm frustrated that all I've gotten is excuses and promises to look into the issue and nothing ever comes of it.
