      Almost exactly a year ago, I came into their store, completely panicked, with a problem I hoped they could help me with... and they most definitely did just that. I'm from Hastings, which isn't exactly close, and had been dropped off to buy a van. One hitch, Wal-Mart wouldn't cash their OWN money orders! Eventually, I was directed to Cash Store, the very last place that could possibly help. They went above and beyond what I could've ever expected. (I wish I could remember their names) They spent over an hour just working on getting the issue resolved so I could get my van and finally go home. Honestly, even most really dedicated customer service reps would've given up long before he did. The issue got fixed, I drove away in my new wheels, and I can truly say it NEVER would've been possible if it wasn't for their compassion and determination. You guys made a helluva lasting impression on me and I'll never forget it!! Casino chit chat was fun, too!
