  I dont know about these other reviews, if you cant pay the loan YOU took out thats not their problem it's yours , they are not your momma they're a buisness. No way do they deserve 1 star. Every time I go in there, they stand up they welcome me, they know me by name , we chat like we're friends. I'm in and out with no hassles. The only people giving 1 star are the ones who obviously should not have been approved for a loan they can't handle. 5 stars all the way.

  I paid my title loan off and never received my title back. They said I didn't pay last payment even when I had bank statement showing it. This was a few years ago. Still haven't received my title. Would not recommend them to anyone. The lady that worked at the marion store then was always rude

  Filled out forms online and corporate location called and told me what documents to bring load all my kids up get over there and they said they needed a bunch of paperwork not listed paperwork I had no clue how to find I call the corporate number back while at the store and they said completely unnecessary paperwork they didn’t need they called store and said they didn’t need it but the worker still wouldn’t do it very frustrating and got no where first place after accept everything and was fast and easy but cash store was worse loan experience of my life
