  got prequalified for a loan last night, went there today with all of my documents (and extra tbh) said they don’t take offer matters as income - okay fine. I am on unemployment until my first pay check kicks in and they said they take unemployment. Then they said they don’t take pandemic unemployment. Which really doesn’t make any sense. My unemployment is regular unemployment, just an extension of my regular claim (extra weeks) and I would have been able to make my first loan payment next week. the woman who helped me was super nice though. but they should be more clear on their website because I left my new job early to be able to come here in time today and spent money on printing all my documents out.
