  The staff there is very helpful but what they do not tell is that if you do not have a w-2 they cannot approve a loan. If you are self employed like an Uber driver they will decline your loan for proof of income even if you provide a years worth of income statements

  I made an appt to speak with the Manager, Tiffany, for 4:30. SNAFU after snafu getting there, I walk in the.door at10 til closing. She was so professional and understanding and was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. She pushed thru all the signatures and explanations of purpose. She completely defused my embarrassment and frustration and made the entire process enjoyable. I can't thank her enough.
