  When I went in to get a loan to help get a new car, they were fast, friendly and very informative. They made sure I understood what I would be required to pay and by when. Thanks!!

  This store is not going to last very much longer in kalamazoo if the CSRs keep being so rude . Certain individuals working there as of 07/23/21 DO NOT know how to show individuals respect. Very rude!! This situation could have been dealt with way better then how she dealt with it. Customer number 1- when a customer gets irritated do to you decreasing said loan amount, just calmly explain why this is happening and if the customer explains they want the paper work back just give it back to the customer. If giving paper work back is against protocol advise customer of the information. Customer number 2- Yet another customer came in and she refused to look up the cleared check so the customer could reloan. Keep in mind the CSR could have retrieved cleared check information from the computer. Instead of looking the information up CSR denied this customer of her loan yet again. At the end of the day...instead of yelling and having a attitude, just be polite. EVERYONE is going through hard times. It's not hard to be polite. -a message has been sent to the DM.

  Beyond rude and trashy employees, the regional manager (Linda) is just as bad she needs to me gone! Give your business to another company! Horrible customer service. Don’t bother to ask for corporates number, she’ll just give you hers and argue she’s the regional manager like it means something! Oh and don’t bother to test positive for Covid either,that means nothing to this company! I will never step foot in this business again.
