The clerk was very rude rude rude from the beginning. I didn't understand how to send my unemployment information as a PDF, she told me I could go somewhere else and they could help me. Didn't offer to let me use the computer that is there for the public to use. I had to call Saginaw for any type of communication as nobody would answer the phone in Bay City. Then I wasn't approved because my unemployment payment status was pending. So I'll have to go back tomorrow and deal with her again. Very disappointed☹️

This place is a joke. I had a 30 day bank statement. I had a print off of my paycheck because it's all electronic but she says it isn't clear enough and to go tl staples and get it printed clearer. I could see everything just fine! Do not go here.
