      Someone named April called my phone looking for a customer and hung up in my face in the middle of me talking . Poor telecommunications skills

      April at this location is absolutely wonderful! Her communication skills, thoroughness and customer service skills are impeccable. This was my first time using their services and she took the time to explain, answer all my numerous questions and ensure that I understood. When I called back she remembered why I came in to obtain their services and inquired as to how my situation was fairing. What an absolute gem!
