  As a business owner myself. This lady was very confrontational, terrible speaker when it comes to public relations. She didn't smile in her voice and you could tell.. even when I asked her why she's so confrontational. She replied in a negative manner. I'm not sure if she would have a job if I was her boss. I would have pulled her to the side. And probably sent her home for the day, maybe forever..

  Waste of time I was pre-qualified online after checking several times if I would be qualified. I gave all the same information and everything that was asked plus I had additional documents I drove a total of 80 miles and spent 20 minutes to a half an hour having my vehicle inspected and going through paperwork just to find out they were unable to verify information that I provided which the only information they supposedly needed was my ID or driver's license, the title to my vehicle in my name in the free and clear and bring my vehicle. My vehicle is less then 10 yrs old and a luxury crossover in very good condition. I asked for only half of what I was pre-qualified for and was told they couldn't verify my information???? Waste of time.. pretty sure it's a scheme to get people's information.
