  Brittany has an awesome personality made for customer service. She's a multitasker and works well under pressure. I've seen her be on the phone and acknowledged walk in customers at the same time and take care of everybody's needs and acknowledge that they are there waiting. Then she also had to adapt to the Covid-19 restrictions; sometimes having to wait on people outside with the mask on and in the cold and wind and rain. She even had her own family losses due to the Covid-19 and continued doing her job all the same. She also keeps the place clean and nicely decorated for holidays. To me it seems like a high pressure job. That young woman is a keeper! I managed big places and I know. You would not want to lose a great employee like that. She really cares about helping potential customers out. As most are in need or they wouldn't be there. For instance, I needed a loan because I was trying to decide if I was going to move back to my old location. And that was going to take some extra funds. I had several losses over the past two years. I lost everything in the Paradise California fire. I have been in debt even though I'm retired and make enough to live off of, the transitioning over the past two years and seeking medical treatment and surgeries and trying to find the right geological location for a breathing due to my lung damage in the fire, has been more than taxing physically, mentally, and financially for a 61-year-old doing all this on his own. Then covid hit and made things worse. Medical appointments were canceled and delayed in the State I was residing, and I had to transition again to New Mexico because they were the only ones doing surgery at Gerald Champion during the Covid-19 crisis. On top of all of that, having to take out loan after loan to help me to get all of this done including one surgery there in Alamogordo, due to a fall and accident during evacuation and from the after effects of imbalance from the spine injury. I was completely out of debt before the fire and now two years later I'm about $22,000 in debt. So of course, I needed a boost in order to relocate again. I was able to get a large enough loan from The Cash Store, that it actually was the main reason I could pay a prorated monthly amount on my new place with the deposits. Had it not been for that loan from The Cash Store, I would not have been able to get into the residence I was looking at. There needs to be more like Britney, because she's willing to listen well and to help by understanding the situation. She knows my story. I can tell that she feels it and understands it and wants to help. And if she doesn't know the answer to all , she will call her management's office right there in front of you, and speak to them, to see what they can do to accommodate your need or situation.

  I went into the store and made a payment they took another payment from my checking account without telling me making my account negative because I had another bill that had not posted yet
