  I actually have a different story line than most using the cash store. My son took out a small loan and then was in a terrible car accident with that being said he was behind in a payment and I received a call from the Cash Store because I was listed on his loan paperwork. I received a call from Kati at the Belvedere location I explain the situation to her and she really went out of her way to help me get my sons account up-to-date she was very kind and very patient with me on the phone i’ve spoken with Katie numerous times and every time she was the same happy professional associate that I spoke to the very first time she listen to my concerns and help me through every step to get my son’s payments back on track I was really expecting more of a pushback and someone not honestly listening to me but that wasn’t the case with Katie. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a small loan to go see Katie at the Belvedere office I know she will take fantastic care of your every need on the good days and bad days that’s what real customer service is about.

  Explain how all it works , what the whole loan entailed. The whole proccess couldnt have taken more them 15 minutues tops and that was for getting two people checked and approved. Got the cash the same visit and a friendly staff to boot.
