      The employees are friendly and try to do their job to the best of their abilities. However, I just got screwed out of $180 (literally could just throw it in the garbage) because you tell people their future payment amount only AFTER they refinance their loan, and because your employees cannot understand basic math. Update to the original post 8 months ago. I'll never use them again. Better to use Advance America in Middleton. Their interest is almost twice lower, and they know what they are doing.
