  Marissa is rude. Sounded annoyed that I was going in about 30 minutes before they closed and then called me right before I got there saying their systems had been down for an hour and they can’t do anything for me.

  They changed their early payoff policy so if you're used to paying off in a 5-7 day time-frame you'll end up paying alot more than before. Service could be much faster as well. Waited almost 25 minutes to get attended. Plus half the time I go they seem to have computer issues. Also they mess up your due date and will not refund you the funds they deducted from your account. Will not be doing business with them again. The manager is very unprofessional and will be calling the corporate office to complain about the bad service.
