  Online loans are very difficult and staff always have attitude with customers,yaritza was very rude and made this my last time I do business with them.

  If you are looking to build credit this really doesn't do it. They report to credit and if you've had repeated loans in short period of time it does bring down your score especially if each loan is only 6 months. If you have to many in short time it brings down your score. So when they tell you it helps build credit, well not really. I did call and speak to finance department and the lady told me she will delete all 5 loans off my credit since they all have been paid and closed and paid on time. For me it actually hurt my score. The other issue I have is the website not showing on your account the balance after each payment. I don't know why that important part is not included.

If multiple loans did show as open, that could hurt and it looks like we made sure your loans were removed when you noticed they were still on file. In regards to website not showing your balance, that is included as we offer and inform every guest of our customer portal here: https://mycashtimeloan.com/login. Once you open a loan with us, you can create an account, link your loan and perform all of your loan activities in one place. Make payments, see your balance, find a location, and even apply for more money if needed. We send this link to every customer during, and after the application process, and we encourage everyone to register.
