      I was there on Monday, April 20, 2020 around 10:30 am to send moneygram to my mom. I always do it thru this company every 2-3 months and have never had any problem. It was always smooth. Today this girl gave me lots of problems. I’ve given my ID n phone number n she said she had to reregister. I have my mom data in the system n I do not bring it. She said she’s the manager and it’s a company policy, and to prevent any fraud. Fraud ? I’m the one who will send money. How can I commit a fraud; I do not get anything ? I send my own money !!! Well, I told her I won’t ever come here any more. She easily said ok. Too bad for this company to have a “manager” that can easily get rid of a customer, especially in slow economy like we face today.
