      ***UPDATE: Niki reached out to me personally and apologized for any miscommunication that may have occurred. It was nice to know that the reviews are answered and that my concerns were heard. She made me feel confident that the same errors would not occur again and regained my trust in reusing them for my taxes this upcoming year. I look forward to doing business with them again! Thank you Niki and Norma for both reaching out to me.*** Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with doing my taxes here. I was referred by a coworker and when I spoke with Norma I did advise her this was my first time using this company. I was never told how much my refund would be for, I was told I would get direct deposit and I made sure to ask even if not approved for cash advance that I would still get direct deposit and Norma ensured me I would. I got an email today to let me know my tax check was there. I am just really disappointed with the service I received and will NOT be using them for my future taxes.

When you apply for certain programs, like refund advances- the bank dictates how we can disperse funds. But that is no excuse- we should have ensured that you were well aware.
