  The girls who work here are not only intelligent, and informative, they are kind and understanding as well. If you are in need of a loan, I would highly recommend checking out the Cashco off of Keystone Ave. , Reno, Nevada.

  I've been going to this place a few months now and yesterday was the last I will ever go do business with them again.The manager seems nice but is overstepped by her employee who seems to have a snappy attitude with any and everyone I believe her name is Dessy she is very unpleasant and unprofessional her snooty behavior has definitely been enough to never do business with them again! And the way she treats her boss and coworkers aren't any better, this place seems to be a gossip fest, customer satisfaction is the least of their worries you can definitely tell they lack teamwork skills one says one thing another says different and they speak horrible on each other to one another and customers. Mistakes are constantly happening with my transactions and their calls are overbearing I could tell them I'll be in and next day I'm being harassed again,days prior to due date.There is one staff who Ive seen maybe twice, her and the manager are very welcoming as you walk in and pleasing to deal with but I'd advice those in need for this be the last resort to go to, just a headache add to a headache!!!

  I won't lie and say they are cheap, in fact they are very expensive on interest, HOWEVER... The manager at this Keystone location is one of the greatest people to work with. She certainly goes above and beyond for her clients and have seen first hand. If you are in a pinch and need help till payday or even a little longer... she is the one to talk to. Kind, caring, personable and understanding. You aren't just a number in this location unlike other types of loan places. I can't speak of other locations but the keystone square location is phenomenal.
