      ALWAYS super nice here, especially Jason. He's VERY helpful!! The women can be kind of rude sometimes, like you're bothering them, but I go in and ask for Jason. If he's not there, I'll wait and go back when he is!!

      Bought an Xbox one s from you guys for $240. The output where you plug the HDMI cord has a missing prong. I called early today to complain and they asked if I bought the $40 15 day warranty and I said no. I'm a naive person so I didn't say what I should of said to get a replacement or my moms money back. They wouldn't take the Xbox back so I have to buy a new port for the HDMI in and a saudering gun to fix the Xbox myself. I would not recommend going here if you want a good and bout faulty console. Their games are cheap and either they don't test their games (unlike the exchange) or they sell scratched up dvds and games. I even bought a barely working copy of the last of us remastered for the PS4 (which is my fault, I'll admit)

      I use Cashland in Lorain all the time when I am in a pinch and need some extra cash. I have never had any problems getting a good amount for my items and when i return to pick my stuff up they have treated it well and it works just fine....I am always greeted by staff and they do the best they can too get me top $$$$ on my loans. Thanks again for the help
