Was just in here and the girl was beyond rude!! I will never take my business to this store or company!!

After being told I was approved, I was told that something happened to their system and they had to start the entire process over. After submitting the information the third time, they said I couldn't get a loan that day because they had tried too many times. One of them asked if I wanted to try to submit it as a payday loan instead of an installment loan and when I said yes she acted angry and forcefully ripped the folder acting like I had just ruined her day. These people are very rude and make you feel like you are a bother. They also said that most people only get $100 on their 1st loan with them. I went to the place in Ironton and had them run it through and was approved for $600.
