I can’t say enough about Taylor Madsen and Leif Eastvold. They are the dream team when you don’t know where to start or your dreams are just out of reach. Not only did they make my dream a reality, but they did it with such kindness and no pressure or feeling of judgement when my credit needed work. These 2 are the ones you want in your corner. If clear communication, honesty, and problem solvers are who you’re looking for you won’t find better!

My husband and I were directed to work with castle and Cooke mortgage because our credit Union directed us to them for the specific loan we needed. The communication with Jodie since the very beginning has been horrendous. I do not recommend working with her if you do go through them.

The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered putting together financing for a home- Castle Cook - Boise ID. The problems encountered are to numerous to fit this thread, and are still on going. It’s all very reminiscent of the bait and switch. Steer clear of this company or watch your mortgage become the nightmare with no end.
