  Flew to Minnesota for Business and got my card deactivated due to “fraudulent activity”.. Called in, Talked to 4 different people, including someone from customer retention.. hours later with the same exhausting reiteration of my scenario, I was left with the only resolution of having to fly back and walk into a Vegas branch in person in order to deactivate my card. (Even when given an abundance of identification proof) Ended speaking to one more representative who told me he would call me back. Hours later, nothing. You can bet your bottom dollar that I would not recommend this bank, The exact opposite in fact. Plus no 24/7 customer service with consistent holds and declines. Yeah; bye! **Update, in town now at the branch where I’ve been subtly accused of not being the actual man in my license, LOL; and now, waiting here for 45 minutes with no courtesy recognition or compassion for my patience. Whew! Not sure how this bank is even still standing, but luckily I just signed up for Chase, and I’m never looking back!** With love and light, Nameste.

  This is the worst bank I've been to my entire life. I just wanted to cash a check from my doctors office, for a refund. And they wanted to charge me $5 for a $32 check. Employees are so disrespectful.
